Total accuracy/in game accuracy VS stat page scoreboard

I'm noticing that the accuracy stated on the 'game summary' reports on my stats page is always lower than the accuracy reported in game, at the end of a match, and on the graph 'total accuracy'. May be a legitimate reason. Would like to know if so.

One reason is the shotgun -- in-game, hit an enemy with any of the pellets gives you a hit. In the stat summary it's computed as #pellets_hit/20 (the total pellets). So unless you're point-blank with every SG shot, this can throw things off pretty easily.

I recall this being discussed here many times, so there may be more reasons too.
