Chat and notifications improvements

Dear Id

I think current system of chat and notifications can be vastly improved in terms of usuabilty.

For now - If someone writes to me using website chat. I must be lucky to notice that, since basic way of browsing page does not cover chat area, look:

Chat area is in the bottom, invisible, unless I scroll the mouse wheel. Now days, most of the ppl have like 30 tabs open in their browsers. They don scan every one of them all the time.

Can we get somekind of icon/notification visible in the toolbar?

And "chat" button flashes until I check new chat lines. By "check" I mean click in the field of writing response for example.

use the greasemonkey script that adds a beep every time you get a QL chat message. Problem solved.

It's not a solution. Not every gamer is nerd. Stuff should be built-in imo.
