screen resolution

Hello all. I want to change my screen resolution but when i do that the weapon seems to move a little slower than the mouse. Example. I turn left and the weapon is a little behind. Only a fraction but noticeable. Is there anything i can do to counter this?
My monitor is wide screen lcd 1366x768 but i am currently stuck on 800x600 due to this issue.

You mean the weapon itself or the weapon and crosshair? If it's only weapon it shouldn't affect your gameplay.

Sounds like input lag from the display.

Unfortunately a lot of lcds have this, and the ones that don't can be pricey.

Turn off vertical synchronization from your VGA driver menu.
