after sponzor video nothing happens

Hi , i have ubuntu 12.04 and firefox , plugin is already installed , and everything is going fine, but when i try to connect to some game, after sponsor video iam connect to game, but i can just hear sounds, but i can see nothing , black screen some idea for help? thanks
