quake live plugin crash while loading

so far i have not been able to do any training or games, as while loading, it crashes. please help as i want to try this game

Can you provide more information about this crash?

Are you running windows/mac/linux? Which browser?

You say "while loading", do you see the Ad, or do you see the connecting screen or ? Does it produce an error message of any kind?

im having the same thing!! (imagine the most sad face youve ever seen) it crashes when i try to log into my account. its weird though. because im logged in on this forum. but if i just try to get to the main screen with all the servers. it wont go there. it crashes before i can get in there. any help? PLEASE!!! I CANT FIGURE IT OUT!!!
