QLRanks is a community-made ladder that tracks every match automatically. Today the team implemented a bot that automatically streams the matches of people on top of the ladder, 24/7.
I'm not a part of it, so if you want to support what they do please donate or post on the esr thread.

And again, dreamhack winter starts this thursday. Check ESR for local times, info on other tournaments (there are cups and streams going on every day, not to mention pickups) and other community-made efforts.

The bot cannot join full public servers, which is were top players play. Should have special preferences on this regard as well (trusted user), which most probably are already coded into the game otherwise QL staff wouldn't be able to join full servers rofl.
