When would an account banned for harrassment get unbanned?

Your "friend" is going to stay banned for the same amount of time, regardless of whether they harass Support or not. (Although after harassing them it could go up in time). Just wait it out and it'll be over soon.

you usually receive an email stating the length - if its not an account closure there will be an expiration date.
