Quitting server hangs, and often crashes!

Am i the only one who gets this?
In almost every game i play, when i disconnect from server as soon as my mouse clicks "quit" it just hangs and freezes for at least a good 10 or possibly 15 seconds, then goes back to home screen, but only rarely, usually it hangs for 15 seconds then crashes !!!

As always, any help/fixes are greatly appreciated.

Known issue. You shouldn't expect a fix on this one though. It happens on server join too (with a grey screen though). You can avoid the crash by not clicking while it's frozen.

You can also use /disconnect to immediately leave the server. You will still hang when you try to quit from the client, but not on the server at least.

Tried prism too, seems to be the same problem there as well.
/disconnect
/quit
does the same thing but for some reason /ragequit usually puts me straight to home screen with no hangs
/bind ctrl ragequit


Just dont accidentally press it in game :P
