I've the same problem with Catalyst 13.1, fresh installed but fixed now !

you don't need to install 13.2 or beta ****, just seta r_enablePostProcess "0" !
Work fine but after you will need to play with some r_gamma,brightmap, etc you you want to see more on maps

I just bought a new msi 7850 and I logged in to test qlive right away

Everything was great and super fast frames etc but the chat text which is green on my pc had a weird problem where parts of the text was black and flickered slightly.

It may just be a setting i need to change. Previously i used an ati 3850 with no problems. I have tested the card in various games without any other issues so far.

jeffersons I dunno if this is what you do so dont take this wrong way. If your updating your gpu drivers each beta release your going to have issues. gpu driver is something you should never touch, unless something is broke. 13.2 beta 7 - o how I dont miss ati cards
