Spinning after starting a game

When i join a server, and join game, all my player does is looking in the air and spinning very fast when i move the mouse.
This happens every second time or more when i connect to a server.
To fix it i have to quit the game and connect again.

Often i see other players with the same issue, spinning and looking in the air.
