PLEASE a level without the lightning gun

The LG ruins quakelive. There is no skill involved, and it is significantly stronger than any of the other weapons. If you wont tone it down any, then please at least make some levels that dont have it. At least 90% of the levels have it.

1) Learn to dodge
2) Learn to aim with it (Don't bother viewing my profile's stats since they're not accurate)
3) Buy a subscription and remove the lightning gun from the rotation (and then good luck having any CTF players join it because it'd be a joke)
4) Learn to post in the correct place on the forum

How is there no skill involved? How would you explain the inability of most players to hit at least 40% lg then?

But I agree that more levels without lg would be welcome, like Vertical Vengeance.

That's hilarious, how do you even do that? Haha

That's an old bug from 2009, mines reported incredible amounts of damage and it took me like two years to go down to 0% PL usage (having only 77 frags with it, ever - this guy has close to 1500). Based on frags and use, I'd say he's 50% RL, 30% RG.

It's scary though to discover that he hasn't learned anything since February 2011. Kept saying that LG has over 200 dps 3 months later (and that was when he first had an idea of an LG-less map), then again 2 months later.

I find it strange for someone not to discover maps like Retribution in TDM, Vertical Vengeance in duel, Troubled Waters in CTF, practically all the TA maps, space maps and a lot of FFA maps too.

I mean, how can you request a level without LG if half of them don't have an LG in the first place?
