    HEEELLOO!? Do we get a refund, 3p more ELO, a trip to malaysia and does Sweden and Denmark get to keep playing in freaking Geyserlandia? It's not like QL is a a crappy forum project. It's commercial, one way or another, and widely spread, right? :-P

    Sweden pretty much spawned the modern Internet so what the *? It's not that this issue lacks in knowledge, resources, connection, tp-cables or whatever. The "donated" provider of a "pay service" is also DH so I would guess they have paid their bills?

    From what we know now, this is just a communicative neglect between QL and DH and a communicative ignorance between QL and us, the waiting customers. Get the game back to Scandinavia. It is after all a place pretty hefty, seen from space.

    N1 in running a business, no matter what kind of business we're talking about, is to: 1. Keep your customers happy and 2. Make profits out of the business or 3. At least don't lose out on the business.
    You cannot do nr 2 without succeeding with nr 1. You probably cannot do nr 3 wthout succeeding with nr 1 either.

    I don't wanna be a whining *****, but I actually pay for customer support and in reality, I get none at all.

    I don't expect that the two of you is gonna be able to answer ALL questions asked by your customers, but at least you could've wrote something about the swedish servers on Facebook or on Twitter.
    It's such a simple thing to do.

    Obviously you've had time to write about the different tournaments and championchips, so you know.. Two or three lines aren't really that much asked by you folks. Especially if you consider that there are people like me paying for this service.
    I can't find any information about WHO is providing the server(s), so I can't find any info on why the SE servers are down and francly, it's not my responsability.
    It's your responsability to provide us (your customers) with all technical support you can.

    Believe me, I want to pay for this game. I can pay for this game once a year for the rest of my life.
    But I am, and I will be, asking for something in return.

    Just sharing some thoughts, so don't take me as if I'm angry or something.
    I just want this game to continue to exist and hopefully grow, but as it is being runned now, I'm really skeptical.

    yeah what the...... this is getting real lame. I just bought premium too .. and now there are NO CA servers at all.... ?!

    Could we at least get some information on what is going on? Will there no longer be any swedish servers? Do you need a new sponsor? I could call around if that is what is needed. All i would need is the specifics of whats needed. The silence is the most annoying thing about this whole thing as I don't know if your taking this seriously or just hoping it will go away and solve it self as some sort of a self destructive way to close QL.

    Me too. Got PRO account. Can just start a GER server, which i get the dubbled ping. Cant aim ffs. All the servers lag. Another thing is that QL started that arena rotation, so that non premium user can only chose some of the arenas. Cant understand *** they are doing. Getting pissed off!

    Well, DreamHack crew answered in about 6 minutes. Holding my thumbs!

    The server that Quake Live server operation was based on have broke and can not be
    repaired. Right now, it is unclear whether we will be deploying a new server.
    We are investigating this.

    We get better support by writing to Dreamhack than to the QL support.

    This is the kind of info I was writing about in my former post. Why didn't QL staff ask DH about this and then tell their customers via this forum or via Facebook or Twitter?

    I'm extremely disappointed at QL's support.
    It's things like this that pisses me off and that might make me wanna change my mind about supporting this project.

    I hope that QL's staff have learned something of this and I also hope that I can have a better dialogue with the support, which is a service that I actually pay for.
