nice "fix" of the random weaponselectionbug in ca (read: shame you couldnt find the bug, but instead implemented a line that would overwrite the bug and make it select a weapon after it spawned you with the wrong one). Still happy to see you didnt spend 5 mins on a few maps to remove all the places you can wallhack/shoot through walls, that btw appeared AFTER you remade them (i know cause i play them frequently in q3). please hire some one who knows how to make maps. its been over 2 years and you still have so many small bugs on prettymuch every map, and you still dont fix it. ah well *continues to exploit*.
Infected can be pretty neat with some tweaking.
Atm it suggests camping and hiding. Every round at Silent Fright ends with some guy hiding in the graveyard tomb or at the roof of the castle.
- Autoinfection for players not-moving longer than X would be nice. But it would still be a way to circumvent this. Hmmm, maybe autoinfection if you did no damage to mastermind/zombies for X seconds?
- How about increasing gauntlet knockback instead? And I mean INCREASING. Silent Fright ladders is certain death for infected and I want to pummel-propel my zombie-buddies to infinity and beyond. Or mastermind, who can't find a path to target and falls asleep.
- Some way to replenish ammo. If not PG then at least MG and SG. By killing regular infected maybe?
- Reflected friendly fire might bring more chaos and panic among live players.
And this "+1 point for hiding" rule provokes people to avoid confrontation. Was it intended like that?
