Chile and Argentina have servers since August 2009.
A central american server (since you are venezuelan so not the greatest ping to the 2 current southamerican servers) is not worth it since there are very few players there and on the whereabouts (venezuela and others).
To put it in perspective, according to www.qlranks.com there are 2299 Chilean accounts, 1841 from Argentina, 1530 Brazilians (and they don't have a server but still play with around 60-70 ping in the mentioned countries servers), and the one that comes afterwards is Colombia with 192 accounts. Venezuela's total amount is not even listed since it isn't in the top50, which is moldova with 143.

Nope. Even though it says duel that's the total amount of players, or did you thought there are 2299 chilean duelers?
I'd say you can't name more than 10 active (i.e. played in the last 30 days) colombian players.
