Why CTF4 is bad
Tried to write to support (was waiting for 2 days), nothing worked :\
Just for future reference, Support doesn't work on the weekends regardless. However, on the main page as well as another Site News thread, it showed that the email was down for the weekend as well.

Why CTF4 is bad
As mentioned in the downtime post, you'll likely have to re-submit your ticket as there's no guarantee that it would've been delivered successfully.
I mean I was waiting for support to get online and tried to send request today (about half an hour ago). But all I get is "404 page not found" error. (trying to attach demo)
I can confirm this. While I didn't get a 404 page error not found message, I got this. However, when I just sent in a fake Support ticket without a demo, it went right through (and I immediately got the automessage)
