Emsixteen has a very comprehensive config. He explains all the basic commands here.

Use Muffinman/Regurge's console guide for reference as to what you can edit

and then a little birdy told me that some absolute legend called Phlogiston wrote a guide about config writing and linked it in his sig for all users from beginner to pro. (Will be updated sometime soon and any feedback is welcome)
