problem solved since today.
ger and ned servers ping normal again.
i can't say if it was the id server provider or my isp, but whoever solved it:

same problem. on de and nl i have ussualy some 35-40ping, now i have 60-70

My Ping is better 37ms but not normal.Normal he was 22-27.But better als 50-60.
Hope this change not again but i have no hope.I have better Ping for one Day for 3 Weeks and one Day later High Ping again.

agree man its going way over the roof now iam sick of it its 180 ping 2day why dont u want to make a server in egypt tell me i will understand its like its hard to make one its world wide game dont u have 4 people to make a server? and there is many contries that have a server in it and there is another server where they can get 50 ms why r u doing this ???? insted of making these worthlees server for the people who even dont need it make it for the people who need it r the arabians not wellcomed in the game or what!!!!!!!!!
