I see what you mean but I had got addicted to Quake very long time before Quake Live existed.
There's no way for crozar to confirm this though. For all anyone can see, you've only got a new account. Plus, crozar isn't really looking for "dedicated" players as much as CTF players. Generally the dedicated portion would only apply to very very extreme cases.

Im a dedicated defrag and ctf player, and ctf has gone really low in public activity lately so i only get matches on clan events :/, i would love to get some tokens to give them to some other dedicated friends
