There are lots of features that i'd like to see in QL such as anti cheat, but look around you. The grass isn't greener on the other side.
Quake is quake, and there's nothing else quite like it. If you are a true quake player, it coarses thru your blood, and isn't something that's optional in any way what so ever.

That's a very good point. There's no other fast paced fps game that has 1% of QL's playerbase (if anyone disagrees go try some) or that's close as being as good as it is. Right now it is QL or nothing.
