I have a very slow capture cfg (1min ~ 2hours), but if at the same time open 8 wolfcamqls, so record up to 8 times faster using a different demo, but it is difficult to control. But it's whim.

In my experiments, I found out that the relationship is not much of ping, but on maxpackets while recording demos. Command / cl_maxpackets 125 (default 63) in game so the demo record is good if connection good.
Demos with bad maxpacket record is no possible smooth look movie. Ideal maxpackets 100-125. For example(very bad case) - demos have maxpacket 30-40 so this demos have 30-40 effective fps, no matter what drawfps shows 125 - capture, in this case more than 40fps is useless. I'm looking for a way to improve the demo with poor maxpackets, but so far without success. I would be glad of any help for it.

Second link is awful quality at speed. 20 blurframes is too much in my opinion.

The stretched medal might be to do with your aspect ratio. Have you installed any custom textures?

Hmm odd. Freeze tag had a different command:
seta cg_drawFragMessageTeamTokens "You fragged %v, your teammate"
seta cg_drawFragMessageThawTokens "You thawed %v"
seta cg_drawFragMessageFreezeTokens "You froze %v"
seta cg_drawFragMessageFreezeTeamTokens "You froze %v, your teammate"
also if you have cg_drawFragMessageSeparate "1"
seta cg_obituaryTokens "You fragged %V" is the relevant cvar (now cg_drawcenterprint "0" only prevents messages such as "blue wins the round")
aaaah don't do that! NEVER modify the quake .pk3 files!
It is all the default textures (compiled by me). Place each folder (e.g. textures or sprites) loose in wolfcam-ql. Now anything you place in these folders (if it's the right place/filename/ filetype) overrides the ones in baseq3, so now you can edit "ui/assets/medal_impressive.jpeg" to your will.
Are your excellent medals also stretched?

I figured out how to completely remove the color from the victims' names. In cfg does not possibly it, but with the help qldt can be removed such "^x" color code of players name in demos. - http://imagehost.spark-media.ru/i4/B...9D21F0C1FB.jpg
I downloaded your files, but I can not yet know how to use them.
The problem of medal proportions is not in Pk3. The problem with the proportions of the medals in the CFG, I checked the other CFG - there were normal proportions of medals. Now looking for differences between the CFGs but have not found anything to fix my CCF.

I agree though, your medal problem is with the cfg. You must keep a changelog! Longshot, but what is your cg_custompixelaspect? Sounds interesting Are you using a 16x9 resolution?
