Bump for exposure.
Bump for exposure.
I was really disappointed in the freestyle map. The only reason to have a map that big and that open is for overbounces, which don't exist in QL. The only things you can really do that would even be considered fun with your map are plasma climbs and some basic rocket inverts. I suggest you look at some of the great or classic freestyle maps for insight and remake it.

The freestyle map had the least amount of time spent on it. Maybe 4-6 hours?
You might be the 10th person to play it, it hasn't had much exposure and I don't plan on remaking it. I agree though, when I revisited the map it didn't have much application to QL in general. It's just a big map with a ton of random stuff in it. I'm sure if I took another shot at the freestyle map it would turn out way better, but I don't have the time to dedicate right now.
great map!
how u install the maps???????????????????????????????????

Copy the maps into your baseq3 folder (with all the other maps), be careful as there are 2 baseq3 folders. Make the new defrag map files read only! Then in a practice server open console and type /map (map name) for example /map xcm_tricks2 or /map raztrainql_beta2.
To get unlimited ammo, when in game open console and type /g_instagib 1 then re spawn (go spec, then re-join)
