Step It Up Duel Cup!

Tired of getting owned by people with a higher elo then you ?
Can't quite get your foot in the door for the big cups ?

Then this is the cup for you!

You MUST have an ELO rank of under 1500. (Check it Here at qlranks.com/)

You also must have at least 40-50 duels on your Quake-Live account!

It will work like this!

16 players (If we get that many to sign up)
BO3 until semi-finals then Bo5.

Map Pool:
ztn, dm6, t7, t9,hub, tox,hectic, dm13

Now, we will have one each week.
The winner from the previous week cannot play.
We need a different winner each week!
At the end of 4 weeks.
We will be having a "Step it Up Duel Master Finals"
Where you will be placed in a Bo5 single elimination bracket with the other players according to elo.

This will be casted. (Stream will be posted at a later date.)
I'm just peeking peoples interests to see if anyone would be interested in this type of cup!

Well seeing as there's no prize, the only thing you'd be doing would be adding losses and lowering your ELO just to slum people. Pretty stupid IMO.

Have you got a date for this ? And I guess it would be relatively easy to weed out slummers by simply looking at their QL ranks history...
