Cannot join any game

When I join a game, it loads everyone and all that's in the map and so on, but it stops at "awaiting snapshot" and no game will appear, although I hear the sounds of it going on in the background.

(Also, I set my fullscreen resolution too high sometime after that, and the game crashes, making it impossible to change it back.)
