Insta game types

Now we have this list:
Instagib FFA
Insta1FCTF
InstaA&D
InstaCA
InstaCTF
InstaDOM
InstaFreeze
InstaHAR
InstaRR
InstaTDM

But we play only iCTF and iFFA because everyone knows that no one plays the other types.

I want to ask for new grouping:
Instagib FFA & others
InstaCTF & others

There are players who plays only Insta and not only they almost never plays premium maps because of lack of them but actually they now had no chance to play other than CTF and FFA game types.

theres a fair few games get played there regularly.. therefor some know :P and perhaps as i've posted the channel here maybe a few more people will know of it. personally thou i don't see the point of it

I'd trade out instagib for iFT.
Instagib harbors campers (not all) and rears little skill to those who join for 'unranked' gaming.

People would probably play those modes if ID actually ran a few public servers for them. But, such servers don't exist. Even iTDM, which is NOT a premium gametype doesn't have a single public server running. This also goes for iCA, since CA is not a premium gametype.

Anyway - F1 for your suggestion. For example, I'm mostly insta player and when I look for a game I never check other insta modes simply because I asume there are no games going on there...

Oh well, I actually prefer iFFA over iFT... There are two things that prevent me from getting a boner while playing iFT:

1) People chase you during round countdown with attack button pressed to get a cheap frag. Lame tactic but hey - it works.

2) Point of the game is to freeze enemy team. Ofc, easiest way to do that is to freeze one dude and then camp there to get more easy frags. So in a way, iFT is even more about camp then iFFA.

I agree, but FFA is you against the world, any team mode is a team, and your chances of being part of something that isn't dying is more motivating than showing up on a FFA insta server w/ me waiting, and all I do is make your GPU cry bytes.

Try QLPrism anyone? It's pretty cool, and allows me to filter servers based on gametype exactly as I want. iCTF, iFFA and iFT.
