PQL in console for devmap on practice?

Is there a console cmd that would allow me to turn on the pql ruleset for my own little private match? I am a free user, and I'm just wondering if this is a possibility because that'd be cool if I could get some cpm-esque practice before going on anymore pql pro servers.

It is possible. You don't even need to use devmap to get PQL working.
Just type this into the console: /callvote ruleset pql

I think if you go \devmap campgrounds you can do it.. Once you're there type \cv ruleset pql and see if that works.
