With new connection i dont warp. But u dont se what i write... My lan connection can 18 ms for German servers. ALL German server! But only German ql server is higher. (not 18. --> 27). I don say 27 ms is unplayeble, but all German server have lower ping.
What do you not understand? Das ist einfach.

i think with lan connection you mean dsl.
and it seems you are the first one i ever saw, that moans about a 27 ms ping to de-ql-servers, because he rather wants 18 ms (as if these 9 ms would change everything). i play 27+ ms everyday and it is fine bcuz it is stable.
but your connection doesn't handle a constant latency of 18 ms to de-ql-servers, it jumps between 18 ms and 27 ms. you posted the evidences on your own.
again: when your latency keeps jumping from 18 ms to 27 ms you obviously warp due to an unstable connection.
One time I've witnessed an outrage of few Germans when their ping jumped from 18 to 25. It happened next day after (IIRC QLPP11) update and they were really flaming on IRC. There's a high chance you know someone like that.
All a matter of perspective, I guess. 18→27 is +50% increase after all!
i moaned aswell after update 12 that my ping moved from stable 25 ms to unstable 45-55 ms. but this was really related to id, coz i wasn't the only one that experienced this. a lot of players from different countries and internet providers had it.
what you see in here is not related to id, it is just ark1's warp connection.
funny perspective: 18-->27 ms is 50% increase. in the same manner 1-->5 ms is 400% increase, does this mean 5 ms is something to moan about? nope. ql is absolutley playable with pings below about 60 ms as long as they are stable, for example adhur hits nearly everything with stable pings above 50 ms on ger servers.
Fact is fact. All German server is good for me, except German ql server. It is clear that the server is to blame.

10ge.de-cix.i3d.net is where the large jump happens, clearly that is being overworked by other traffic after 19:00 when evening home internet usage starts to increase a lot. Also if it was server configuration by quakelive it would be a consistent issue at the last hop only.

This increase is not every day. This constant 27 ms. If overload is induced, then why has not increased for the first time 22 ms, for example? Why was clearly set to 27?
This increase is not the peak time difference. This is not overloaded. This setup.
this is epic, you once again blame the setup for your wack connection.
last episode of "ark1 warps on ger servers":
[note that this episode was on air just 2 days before he posted his last reply]
- he jumps down the stairs to flag room on japanese castles within 4 rendered positions (it was magic)
- players start to complain about his warps
- his lagometer's lower graph looks like the grand canyon (graph is visible for a couple of snapshots and then gone (!!!) for the next couple of snapshots, while the ping value drawn on the lagometer, jumps from 4ms to 33ms)
- rest of the players had no connection problems and normal lagometers
it must have been the setup ... hahahahahaha
