Not sure about the "anonymous" bit, but people have paid with Entropay's and MyWireCard's virtual pre-paid cards. It works.
Let me know if you know more providers and if they're worthy suggesting to the others.

I'm really happy with the CTF mode now. Since I can play stonekeep, japanesecastles and spidercrossings. CA is ok because of overkill in and almostlost out. I miss eviscerated though. But duel suffered a lot with this update. You took away bloodrun, which is ok because it was overplayed. But atleast give aerowalk in exchange please.
I agree with CTF, but CA is not OK, only 3-4 maps are played:Campgrounds, overkill, warground and sometimes quarantine
Most playable maps are out:Almost Lost,Asylum,Trinity,Hidden Fortress,Heart,Hellsgate.
CA is the most popular mod and map pool is not quite OK atm.There should be a better mix of maps 4 each mod, and it should depend to what players want to play.Japanese casteles on ca is like theatre of pain in duell....

courtyard, iron works , siberia , rebound (i love it) are all prem now and no one is gonna wait and be able to fill it up. its the same example you named for ca, its all screwed up - even if i renewed now i'd be pissed about not beeing able to just join and play those maps cus its just not gonna happen.
spider crossings, industrial and japa are nice but its not enough variation, either way its choosing your poison and wont work out.

Thats all i wanted to know , because if i go premium and i cant vote for maps i want. I would just be a bit furious
