For NVIDIA users you need the latest drivers from nvidia.com that have win8 support. The 302.xx drivers and later support win8.

    for ATI/AMD users -

I installed 11.12 + CAP 3 and everything is running fine again!
then use chrome, firefox or opera. Metro IE doesn't support plugins so can't play QL.

    Yakumo,

There still seem to be issues with NVidia 300+drivers. A user has posted that it crashes when trying to play full screen. (http://www.quakelive.com/forum/showt...l=1#post241993)
Have any other users reported something similar? I wanna upgrade, but won't if I know QL won't work.
