Draw Speedometer

Hello folks.
I want to bind a key so I can toggle center printed speedometer.
So what I need help with is the command for center printed speedometer.

There are /cg_drawspeed and /cg_drawspeedbar but those aren't what I want.
Any help is most appreciated.

Thanks Yakumo, I tried this: "bind x toggle cg_speedometer 3" but that wasn't possible, and I understand why.
So I'm gonna use your script, thanks.

I think I heard quake4 had a modified toggle where you could do

bind x toggle 3 cg_speedometer
and toggle would change 0/3, instead of 0/1 but sadly we don't have that :/
