How to slowmotion in wolfcam (without timescale)?
In q3mme 1.6 this was named as chase camera. There i can type /line speed 0 (line means time from prev and next camerapoints), for example, and I will follow camera while all in-game dont move (like timescale 0.0001, but this is big problem to follow by camera, problems with speed editing).
UPD: what the console command in wolfcam to rotate camera (in q3mme it was +button5 at mouse2 button)
UPD2: wolfcam 9.2

I don't know much about wolfcam but you could capture at a higher fps than your output video to get an ultra smooth slow-motion in the editor. This is how slow motion is done in real films such as 300. They got shot with a high speed camera which shoots at higher frame rates than normal (most standard cameras can only do 30 frames at 1080p)
For the slow motion sections capture at say 300 fps and then you can adjust the speed in your editing program and convert it to your final fps later. You can do this a few ways but the easiest I know is with after effects. Here's a tutorial (it's free just click the "watch" button): http://www.videocopilot.net/tutorial...ate_converter/
There's also a tutorial for how to get that "300" stylized slow-motion effect: http://www.videocopilot.net/tutorials/speed_variation/
