Every time when I join a match i play in browser but when i try to play in full screen it says "ERROR to make this page go away reload this page" and it keeps on happening

Your full screen resolution is wrong. See the part in this thread that says "Incompatible resolution for current display monitor"

hey there again i need help i was playing online on quake live and joined a random match and my ping was high so i asked someone can you help me fix my ping and he said "write this in your console r_enableprocesser 0 and i did now the graphics has changed to white how do i put it back to befor please help

You can change it back with:
r_enablePostProcess "1"
vid_restart
..if you wish to reset your configs, then on top right corner of the website there is a tab called "settings", mouse over and go to game-settings, then click on reset defaults.
thanks alot also i need help with my fps and my lagg everytime when i join a match eveybody says i lagg or they will kick me put of server.and my ping is high i want a low ping and 125 fps,my fps always on 45 or 56 please help me with this.
