    Everytime I Alt-Enter

    Not always, but in the week or two, the game seems to 'reset' (shows the loading screen) everytime I alt-enter.

    happens if in_nofastrestart is 1, or if the resolution is different on some gfx cards, or it happens if the refresh rate is different between the desktop and quake on others.
