I have a better idea: You buy Premium and THEN you can play the map you want. I know...it's a weird idea.

You're lying. I bought a premium account and the year played on the Campground. Premium maps are not played because few premium players (and a terrible tier-system). It is a fact.

I'm lying because you don't have any Pro friends that spawn servers or you don't join the Premium servers? When you actually join a Premium server, invite friends, and then wait for possible people to join, THEN you still can't say I'm lying since from what I said you CAN play the map...it just means that you a) don't have good friends or b) no one likes you so they don't join your games.

ID makes serious mistakes. These mistakes decreases the number of players:
- bad tier-system (my multi acc's: xxx001-xxx136)
- bad netcode (Europe can not play with America)
- separation of premium and free content
And I'll invite my friends (I'm almost 50 years)? Thank you - I do not want. If I pay the money - give me a good gaming service.
