i lolled when i made a new account, played my first game in a lower-skill server and got 8 awards in one go including quad god.
With my current account I got 46. With my old account I had most of them, except all of the kill, time and hidden awards. It is not really necessary, but it is fun to try and get them all. Like, you get addicted trying to collect awards, it is like getting trophies in PS3-games and such.
heh now that is a real award. welcome to quake.By the way, today was the first time I was called a cheater and aimbot user after hitting some good railgun shots. So I am improving my skills!

Awards are fun to get.. I only play CA nowadays though, so there are a lot I won't be getting lol I can't even get the rocketman one, unless I started playing FFA again =p I'm not going to post what I have, you can look.

The only Award I "worked" for was the Assassin Award, the others just happened. I play mostly FFA, so I don't think I will get much more than I have now. 6 Carrier Milestones, 11 Experience, 17 Mad Skillz, 1 Social Live, 4 Sweet Success. Of the 1577 Games I Played there are only 6 CA, 4 Duels, the rest is FFA.
