Question about weapon binds

Hello,
I have a problem,I cant set weapons to mouse scroll up/down in controls menu.So I thought my wheel has broken,but it works fine during game,I just cant set anything on it.
So,is there any way to bind weapons except going to controls?

You can edit the config file. Look in it for something like this (an example)
bind MWHEELDOWN "weapprev"
bind MWHEELUP "weapon 1"
also "weapnext" as opposed to weapprev
list of weapons and their numbers:
1 Gaunt
2 MG
3 SG
4 GL
5 RL
6 LG
7 RG
8 PG
9 BFG

2) remove mousewheel
3) use keyboard keys for guns
4) profit

I have binds set to mwheelup and mwheeldown as well. Works just as good as my other binds. I wouldn't remove the mwheel btw, cause that makes it hard to scroll through stuff.
