my fps is drops!

hi all i have a question. my fps has been dropping lately. from 125 to 60, my computer specs are amd phenom ii x4 @3.0ghz, gts 450, and 8gb ddr3 1600. ive always gotten 125 fps. r_enablepostprocess is set to 0 and quake is up to date. any ideas? someone should send me their config! thanks everyone

If it's a constant 60, your com_maxfps must be set to 60 instead of 125. If it's not... try updating your drivers I guess.

what gpu? If it's nvidia try disabling threading in the control panel, made my fps better.
