- If your ping is > 95 (but stable) QL is very hard.
- While we waiting an automatic system that recognize obvious bad players (obvious teamkillers, obv. cheaters, and so on) we can use the great friends management to block bad players. (side note: not so obvious bad behaviours are hard to be recognized by automatic analysis)

Leaderboards only work for games that are in some way 'official'. pub games which allow you to switch teams, or mess up your team's stats (n00b farming cheap kills in CTF, or only worrying about your acc when you need to be helping your side) are a really bad idea.
This stat padding effect was dramatically obvious when the old leaderboards were up - the people at the top were all stat padders.
But the other ideas are cute
