Well, I hope moviemakers will find a good use for it. Or you can watch demos / play in practice mode with style 8)

Put file in your \quakelive\baseq3 folder and make it Read-Only, or QL will delete it.
To load skins in game use 'bitterman/bright' or 'bitterman/sport' in console.

why are some models black? (Like xaero/sport)

Because its brightskins. Yes, brightly black.

Some faces(dark ones) are intact/original. I guess that make them use default shaders and inherit gamma, overbright or something like that.

I meant skin color. It's weird that the difference between skin color is huge. (ex. biker/bright face and arms)

EDIT: just out of curiosity... if you even exist on these forums anymore... did you take new screenshots, or use the ones i made?

EDIT2: you used the ones i made... I'm guessing that the weird coloring/lighting/shadows is caused by the map. I made a big, square box, with a "greenscreen" texture, turned on fullbright and took the screenshots from a specific cg_thirdpersonrange setting. i dont get how some of them would look different though, since fullbright makes everything the same brightness. must be the shader settings or something.

Yep, found those pretty cool, so I used your screenies.

Well, afaik 'fullbright' tells diffuse map to ignore lightning/shading, but its still affected by various 'overbright' tweaks.
