my binds have changed without my consent

I was playing some Clan Arena today and when I tried voting no (F2)/ready up (F3) it jumped to another bind. For example, I had typed bind f3 readyup in the console yet when I press F3, it goes to teamchat. Unbinding the key will not work either, it still goes to teamchat. As for f2, there is no response. I had checked my config and have rewrote everything so don't tell me to look in my config.

I use QLPrism.

Looks more like a case of someone who pressed Alt-Shift in Windows which switched keyboard layout. IOW, PEBKAC.
