What do:
Added callvotes for 'cointoss', 'random', and 'ruleset'
they do ?

\cv cointoss - flips a coin and tells you heads/tails
\cv random 55 - gives you a random number from 0 to 55 (works from 0 to 100)
\cv ruleset ql/pql - lets you change from ql to pql rules.

These are for user spawned (including listen) servers

It kicked ass, only downside was that all my friends need to at least have premium to play on my PQL ruleset server ;(

I'd subscribe if I had not already!

All we want is to be able to callvote during a game (unless you already can, haven't played in a few months), now it just might be close to impossible sometimes to get rid of that cheater during a pregame warmup.

Pro subscribers can enable in-game vote on their servers.

EDIT :

Every pro player can invite up to 3 (I think) standard players.
