Unhappy Game is not working at all.

    Hi,
We just upgraded to Windows 7. The game could be played on my browser but when I went to full screen play about 1/5 of the game wouldn't show up on the left hand side of the screen. I went to game settings to see if I could fix the problem. I made it larger on the video setting and clicked on "apply". Now when I log in all of the matches show up but when it goes to the "live" game this shows up: ** GLW_CreateWindow: could not register window class
Please report the the problem you encountered on the Quake Live forums.
You must reload the web page to make this display go away.

I reloaded the page many times and it keeps displaying the same message. Can you help?

It's likely a resolution issue. Read the sticky thread for solutions to most issues.

    -1 = custom
    seta cg_customAspect_Y
    seta cg_customAspect_X
If you use -1 you need to edit r_customwidth and r_customheight...
