Tiers are bullsh*t

I just wanted to admit that the whole skill rating thing is one big bullsh*t! I would like, wait, no, I demand this system to be changed !!! I can't play games... all the time I'm getting deployed to Tier 4 in CA, no matter how many games I lose, when I win 2 or more matches in row I'm Tier 4 again. This is bullsh*t, another thing is that rarely someone is playing in the UK CA servers in Tier 4... this means I log in and there is no CA game for me to play close to my location, what the crap is that??? I want to play CA with my friends but I can't, this whole system is just UNFAIR.

Quitters. I highly suspect they go down in skillrating when they quit, so they get to stay in tier 3 and slum while the good, fair players are pushed into tier 4.

I personnally like it, it keep me away from having to fight T3 all the time by creating a special label for T4 games. Also, being sent to a higher tier should be a good thing, not a bad. You learn by eating the dust, not by pwning noobs 60/0. In fact, I would even go as far as to say that playing against lower skilled people decrease your own skills since it slowly affect the way you approach situation and make you less careful / alert.

One way the QL dev team could solve this is by keeping track of QL activity or player number in various countries/servers, and adjust the tier system accordingly, on per-country, or on per-server basis. It doesn't have to be the same for the whole world.
This could even be automated.
