Try 70 LG. and 70 rails. And i'm not talking 'he used LG once and RG a few times', i'm talking primary killing weapons LG/Rail and MG, 18 kills on one, 15 on another, several more on the MG, and his acc's barely dip below 50, 60 even, 80's arn't uncommon. (And hey, hes a rising star, 4 months ago he barely broke 20's, /overall/. Now hes popping steady 50+! good for him right??)

You just need to use LG in right situations. That aside, some players just have really good aim. I've personally seen med1xza in FFA hitting 50%+ LG and not all situations were easy.
