New Maps open for all?

I would like to know the new maps Aerowalk etc. etc. will ever get "public" so that a non premium/pro user can play them. Because as non premium/pro you cant play the zotac cup anymore

There's a slight possibility those maps might eventually make their way to the "standard" map pool, but it's not a for sure thing. Even then, I wouldn't expect to see them made available to standard players anytime soon.
