Change weapons Crosshair?

Does anyone have a good config for changing weapons crosshairs on switch?

Also, why does weapon change sometimes take longer when trying to switch sometimes? Is there a way to spped up the weapon switch??

You can bind crosshairs to a weapon, BUT you must click on the bind key for the crosshair to change

The weapon switching always takes the same amount of time, but you need to let the weapon reload cahrge time finish before the weapon changes
