I want to load a hud I made from http://visualhud.pk69.com/ and when I load my hud everything in the game disappeared. the scoreboard, ammo, health, shield, ect.. how can I make my hud load in quake without it disappearing everything?

    Post the HUD config
    Post the HUD menu
If everything else fails, maybe you have cg_draw2d set on 0, try putting it on 1.

Make sure you config is placed in the right directory

    (C:\Users\WWWW\AppData\LocalLow\id Software\quakelive\home\baseq3\ui) for windows 7
    or
    XP -
    %appdata%\id Software\quakelive\home\baseq3

    Linux -
    ~/.quakelive/quakelive/home/baseq3/

    OSX -
    ~/Library/Application\ Support/Quakelive/

Make sure you have cg_hudfiles "ui/hudname.cfg" in your config.
    Try /loadhud while in game.

Report if any of this works for you.
