Start a Match Guide?

The scant two paragraphs on the 'help with managing your server' page mention a way to name the server. i see other servers with names.

when i am starting a server, i see no way to name it in the area where you pick the maps, players, etc...

i checked the cvars, but the server name one is write protected....

I've noticed "Match Name" in guide too, but didn't notice that line on my screen when I'm making a server.
