    Been there for a while, the grenade "traps" are still on the ceilings on chemical reaction right outside where the quad room used to be. (right next to the MH jumppad and the teleporter that takes you to the room instantly.)

    Retribution map : At Middle Hallway on ledge at roof looking out to Plasma/lava/Red Armor area accessible with Rail Jump. when you are fragged there you can see all around you through the walls to where other players may be.

    Shining Forces: There is a wall bug at the bottom of bounce pad in Base on Exit not Deep Bounce further back past flag, its on the left hand corner edge of the wall and you can see through to Lower area heading away from Base towards MID. Thanks

    I'm also missing some textures on tornado, for example the wall textures in the LG room. I've also noted im not the only one.

    when you are underwater in the map, Left Behind, there is a white angled crack in the rock crevices.
    you see it when you stand with the rail gun being on your left and the teleporter being on your right.

    i posted a screenshot of this in the QL focus forums, but just in case it doesn't get noticed, i am posting here too.

    found another one!
    there is another white crack in the rocks too. when you look at the railgun, with your back to the teleporter, you see the other white crack in the rocks on the wall behind the rail gun. (i did not do a screenshot of that).

    quarantine weapon clip

    the tip of enemy's gun clips through the thin wall of the C-shaped zone on quarantine's "broken frame" region (next to the big jumppad).
