    how do i fix my config via a .txt folder

    hi guys i need help im a former counter-strike player and their you can change your settings via userconfig.cfg and config.cfg two text folders i wonder if i can do the same in Quake Live?!

    I would suggest to make autoexec.cfg, so go into the game and type autoexec.cfg in a console. This kind of config file will include all the stuff from the two files - qzconfig.cfg and repconfig.cfg, then just open autoexec.cfg with wordpad for example and have fun with this way of changing settings

    autoexec.cfg will be located:

    Windows Vista: %userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\id Software\quakelive\home\baseq3

    Windows XP: %appdata%\id Software\quakelive\home\baseq3

    GNU/Linux: ~/.quakelive/quakelive/home/baseq3
