Promblems with own Server

When i start servers, i met with 2 failures:

1. I set "Invited Players Only" to play with my invited friends but premium and pro members can join to my game..why, if they dont became Invations??

2. I set "Only Friends" but some of my friends cant join to me.. (server was premium who cant join, they are standards) why problem is that? becouse if i set "only friends"..so people think with this setting all of friends can join to game..

One part I can maybe answer is the Standard player/friends invite. Only 3 Standard players can be invited. Not much help, I know, but maybe it helps answer some of it.
